Do email agents use Contact or Account email address to send emails to?

Problem:

School wants to change contact email address, however; they do not want to change the account email address. Before they do this, they want to know what email address agents use to email.

Resolution:

All candidate emails in GradLeaders Career Center and the Agent use the candidate's contact email address.  The one exception to this rule is the 'Forgot Password' feature on the login page – that one uses the account email address.
